Parents' Night Out!

More information on each PNO is available here!

Parents' Nights Out!

Several Saturday nights each month, the Quest Center hosts Parents' Nights Out.  These events take place from 5:30pm-8:30pm and included themed games and pizza.  Parents can drop off their kids, then return three hours late to pick up their well-fed, tuckered-out kiddos!  Each PNO has a theme, such as Dodgeball Night, NERF Night, Stealth Night, and Epic Battle Night.  Cost for the evening is $25 ($15 for additional siblings), and you can call or stop by the front desk to sign up.  These tend to fill up quickly, so sign up early!

Dodgeball Night

Did you know there is more than one way to play dodgeball?  Ever played spider dodgeball?  Jedi dodgeball?  Jail dodgeball?  Samurai dodgeball?  Come find out.

NERF Night

The dojo transforms into a battle ground with obstacles strewn across the mats.  Two teams take sides and the game begins!  (Please note that all kids need to bring their own nerf toys.)

Shootout:  One on one nerf duels.

Zombie apocalypse: You are the last human survivor, how long can you hold off the approaching zombie horde?

Stealth Night

Practice the ninja art of invisibility.

Epic Battle Night

Bring your foam training tools and battle with your friends.  (Please note that all kids need to bring their own equipment!)

Fitness Events

Dr. Stew’s Fitness Challenge!

Come out and test your limits with Dr. Stew’s fitness challenge! This 2-hour contest of strength, determination, and perseverance will include all aspects of fitness, including strength training, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Bring clothes and shoes for both indoor and outdoor components!

Epic Ninja Games in the Jungle!

In the tradition of the Ninja, the details of this fierce competition will remain a secret until the events start. However, any of the 18 levels of Ninjutsu Training as outlined in “Ninjutsu: History and Tradition” are fair game, and these games can include anything from throwing shuriken to scaling castle walls to tests of fitness and endurance. Come dressed and prepared for… anything.

Monthly Classes

Ladies Grappling

Open to all Quest Center women (including out cardio members).  This class is a fantastic place to learn and practice ground-fighting, which can be an essential component of women's self-defense.

Book Club

We will continue our discussion of Book of Five Rings.  Everyone is welcome to join whether or not you have been able to come to the previous classes!
