Supplementing our martial arts classes, Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts is home to special programs dedicated to honing the four key attributes of a fully-functioning martial artist: strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
QuestFit is our bootcamp style fitness program. Each week our workouts will focus on different strength and conditioning skills. This program utilizes suspension training, kettlebells, and body-weight exercises with the goal of functional fitness. Your goals are our goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, training for a race, or trying to increase your endurance, we have something for everyone. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
