Join us for a practical and informative seminar on recovery—what it actually means, what truly makes a difference, and how to apply it to your own training. We'll break down the fundamentals of effective recovery, cut through common myths, and help you identify where your personal routine might be falling short. This session includes a self-evaluation component to pinpoint your individual recovery needs, plus actionable strategies you can start using right away. We'll also open up a discussion around training while managing injuries—when to push, when to pull back, and how to stay in the game long-term.
Perfect for fitness enthusiasts and martial artists of all levels looking to train smarter, recover faster, and reduce the risk of injury.
Open to all - you do not have to be a Quest member to attend. All proceeds go to the dojo scholarship fund.
This seminar will be led by Kelly Cox, BHS, LMBT, CCC, CES, FMT, MFDc. Outside of being an accomplished martial artist, Kelly is a massage therapist, a functional movement specialist, a certified personal training and is certified in a variety of recovery modalities.
